4 DAYS NAIROBI PARK/ MASAI OSTRICH/ LAKE NAKURU

Day 1: Nairobi National park
Arrival, are picked up by our representatives and driven Nairobi National park, lunch from a restaurant, KWS Rangers/ Sebastian/ GR town Restaurant. Spend afternoon learning about the Kenyan cultures at Bomas of Kenya. Dinner and overnight at Flora guest house/ Comfort hotel/ Parkside.

Day 2: Masai Ostrich farm
After breakfast, seminar and after, leave for Masai Ostrich farm on the
outskirts of Nairobi- just the perfect excursion on this day. Depart for
Kitengela Ostrich farm by road in time for lunch. Have sumptuous
assortment of Ostrich meat and vegetables after which you will have the
opportunity to have Ostrich rides with a guide. Students can compete in
doing the rides and probably win tokens. An excursion in the Ostrich farm
will climax your Ostrich tour and leave for Nairobi arriving evening in
time for dinner and overnight at Flora guest house/ Comfort
hotel/ Parkside hotel.

Day 3: Nairobi- Nakuru- Menengai
Breakfast, are picked up from Nairobi and driven to Nakuru in time for
lunch from Waterbuck hotel. After lunch, leave for Menengai crater, a
major volcanic crater in the East African Rift.

OR
Leave for tea/ coffee sampling session from a nearby estate. After, leave
for World famous Thomson’s fall was discovered in 1883 by Joseph Thomson,
a Scottish geologist and naturalist. The Ewaso Narok River drops a sheer
243 feet over a ledge of volcanic rock, to create these magnificent falls,
located in the southern west corner of Laikipia, at the northern foot of
the Aberdare range. A nature trail at the base of the falls and through
the gorge is a safe haven for the endangered Columbus monkeys, baboons and
small animals.

Return back to Nakuru, dinner and overnight at Waterbuck/ Midlands/ Stem
hotel.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, proceed on game drives in Lake Nakuru Park in time for
packed lunches. Lake Nakuru is one of the gem in the necklace of the Rift
Valley Lakes often referred as the Pink Lake for its great masses of pink
flamingos. Opportunity to see millions of flamingos besides thousands of
other birds. Lake Nakuru is a Rhino Sanctuary and harbors other wild-game
like the Lion, Waterbucks, Buffalo, Warthog and Hippo etc. Depart after
lunch to Nairobi arriving in time for flight back home.

Price for the above tour is US$745 per adult person. Minimum 4 people.
